Hello, I am Barbara Puddinu. I am a transformation specialist, executive and leadership coach and passionate facilitator, deeply committed to make a positive difference in my own life and in the life of people’s and organisations’ I work and co-create with.

I have over 16 years of combined management consulting, corporate leadership and human development experience:

Framing and managing large and global transformation programs
Building business improvement departments and supporting the scale up of start-ups and small companies
Accelerating the development and growth of individuals, senior executives, entrepreneurs, founders and their teams
Supporting family businesses navigating the unique family dynamics of working together
Developing cultural sensitivity and differences to support transformation

I have a breath of experience that I can draw upon to support your goals: multiple industry experience (financial services, public sector, retail, travel and leisure, leadership advisory) across business functions (strategy, operations, customer experience, change management and operational excellence).

I integrate diverse tools and disciplines to tailor solutions for meaningful transformation including coaching, facilitation, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), various leadership models, neuroscience of change logosynthesis, ORSC (Organisational and System Relationship Coaching), breathing techniques, visualisations, meditations, embodied work.

My approach strikes a balance between pushing boundaries and being compassionate to whatever emerges. I take a collaborative and co-creative approach to my work with clients. I encourage a spirit of curiosity, honesty, and openness, and help people find practical solutions that are tailored to their unique circumstances.

My Journey

I started my career in management consulting with Santander and Deloitte in the UK and Middle East before leading a Business Improvement department for a major tour operator. What began as a global operations project evolved into a company-wide initiative, and I was eventually appointed Head of Global Business Process Strategy. In this role, I led cross-functional teams and shaped key business strategies.

While I thrived on the challenges of the corporate world, it was the people I worked with—and my own growth as a leader—that truly inspired me. Over time, I realised my passion was not just in optimising business processes but in helping people unlock their potential. I wanted to understand more about human behaviour, how we change, and how we can grow. This realisation set me on a path of studying coaching, NLP, and the neuroscience of change, which ultimately became central to my work.

My Approach

Today, I’m a certified NLP Practitioner, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF, and hold certifications in leadership development and Organisational and System Relationship Coaching (ORSC). I’m also working toward Logosynthesis accreditation and incorporate Embodied Coaching into my practice to foster holistic transformation.

I help individuals, leaders, and teams pause, reflect, and tap into their deeper intelligence. My approach combines proven methodologies with compassion, creating a safe space for meaningful, lasting change.

Who I Work With

I specialise in supporting family businesses, founders, and entrepreneurs. I guide them through the emotional complexities of working together, helping them strengthen relationships and navigate change.

I also work with senior executives, rising leaders, new managers and their teams with personal and professional transformation.

Executive coaching (C-suite, entrepreneurs founders), leadership coaching, inner mastery, business and family business transformation and personal transformation are my specialties.

I believe that in a world of constant change and technological disruption, our need for human connection remains constant. Navigating the messy, complex experience of being human requires care, attention, and space to reflect. My mission is to help people reconnect with their humanity, unlock their potential, and create positive change in both their personal and professional lives.

Beyond Work

When I’m not working, I love exploring local trails with my family or planning our next adventure to immerse in new cultures and countries. I absolutely love discovering and getting lost in vibrant food markets in each destination. As a lifelong learner, I am dedicated to my continuous personal growth and transformation, balancing my roles as a mother, professional, and individual.
